Thirteen attempts were required to perfect the engineering of the angled bat form before the design was finalised. It is not a licensed product and it is not a novelty. It is a piece of glass with legal protection behind its shape, built by a company that has been personalising premium gifts since 1999.
What a Registered Design Actually Means
A registered design protects the visual appearance of a product: its shape, contours, and ornamentation. The Cricket Bat Bottle holds a registered design in the United Kingdom, granted 4 June 2026, and a matching registered design in Australia. That means this exact silhouette, the bat proportions, the base detailing, the finish, cannot be legally copied and sold by anyone else in those territories. Filings are underway in India, the United States, and further territories ahead of the Paris Convention deadlines later this year.

The Craft
Every bottle is a handcrafted bespoke bottle in super flint glass, filled with a premium mocktail and finished with 24 carat gold flakes, permanently sealed inside. Nothing is opened to see it work. The gold moves when the bottle moves.
